Point
◎網かけのある高級メロンの皮のような，すりガラス陰影と網状影の重ね合わせをcrazy-paving patternと呼ぶ．
◎crazy-paving patternは肺胞蛋白症のみに見られる所見ではなく，感染症，腫瘍性疾患，呼吸窮迫症候群など多くの疾患で見られる．
◎crazy-paving patternを見たら臨床情報からの鑑別が重要．
◎COVID-19を忘れずに！
