症例
30代男性
現病歴　5日前から両こめかみに違和感があり，4日前の午後より頸部〜後頭部に鈍痛が生じた．1日前，昼過ぎに乗り物酔いのような嘔気があり，食残を嘔吐．近医で頭部MRI施行するも異常なく，吐き気止めの処方を受ける．午後から嘔気と頭痛が増悪したため，ER受診．
