症例
35歳女性
現病歴　午前10時頃，仕事中に「気持ちが悪い」といって席を立った後に痙攣を起こしたため救急車要請された．救急隊現着時のバイタルはJapan Coma Scale（JCS）0，体温36.6℃，脈拍54回/分，血圧108/52 mmHg，呼吸数16回/分，SpO₂ 99％．自覚症状は軽度の嘔気のみ，目撃者とともに搬送となった．
