症例
40代男性
現病歴　来院1週前に咽頭痛，鼻汁，関節痛が出現した．近医でクラリスロマイシン（200 mg/日）が処方されたが，その後，筋力低下が悪化したため原因精査目的に当科を紹介受診した．来院時には咽頭痛や鼻汁はなかった．
