関節痛

症例
50代女性
現病歴　3カ月前から手指関節痛，両膝関節痛が出現した．その後，近医整形外科で膝関節注射を行っていたが，膝関節痛は改善しなかった．両膝関節痛の腫れが強くなり，歩けない状況になった．家族に体を支えてもらいながら，精査目的に内科外来を受診した．
