Point
◎気管支喘息の病態には多様性があり，その診断にあたり重症度やフェノタイプを考慮する．
◎コントロールが不良である場合には診断を見直し，アドヒアランスと吸入手技，増悪因子や合併症を評価する．
◎重症喘息に対し，2型炎症を標的とした複数の抗体医薬が有効である．
