Point
◎喘息のコントロール悪化と末梢血好酸球増多をきたした場合には胸部画像を撮影し，慢性好酸球性肺炎，アレルギー性気管支肺真菌症などの鑑別を行う．
◎急性好酸球性肺炎は喫煙などの吸入刺激により発症し，喘息との関連はなく，末梢血好酸球増多を伴わないことが多い．
◎急性好酸球性肺炎では2週間，慢性好酸球性肺炎，アレルギー性気管支肺真菌症では3カ月間の経口ステロイド薬治療を行う．
