好酸球性食道炎・胃腸炎の診断と治療

Point
◎好酸球性食道炎・胃腸炎ともに原因は食物アレルゲンであることが多く，最近は好酸球性食道炎の増加が著明である．
◎診断は消化管に起因する症状の存在と，消化管への異常好酸球浸潤の証明を中心に行われる．
◎好酸球性胃腸炎は好酸球性食道炎に比べて症状も全身への影響も大きいことが多く，末梢血好酸球数の増加に伴う合併症にも十分な注意が必要である．
◎好酸球性食道炎では胃酸分泌抑制薬や局所作用ステロイドが主に用いられ，好酸球性胃腸炎ではプレドニゾロンの全身投薬が行われることが多い．
