①てんかん重積の治療を躊躇する
②「重積は止まればOK」と考えてしまう
③漫然と抗てんかん薬（AED）を継続する
④発作の再発のたびにAEDを追加する
⑤AEDを多剤併用し，副作用を軽視する
⑥専門医への紹介が遅すぎる
