①腹膜刺激徴候がないから除外してしまう
②抗菌薬投与を迅速に行わない
③続発性腹膜炎と特発性細菌性腹膜炎の鑑別を正確に行わない
④女性の腹痛患者にPIDの鑑別を行わない
