こんな対応は悪手
①CVA叩打痛がないため急性腎盂腎炎を否定する
②細菌尿のみで尿路感染症を診断する
③尿道カテーテルを入れ替えず尿検体を採取する
④CT所見だけで急性腎盂腎炎と診断する
⑤膀胱炎に対してレボフロキサシンを投与する
