こんな対応は悪手
①皮膚所見だけで丹毒/蜂窩織炎と診断する
②感染徴候のある部位だけを診察する
③曝露歴を聴取しない
④LRINEC Scoreだけで壊死性軟部組織感染症を除外する
⑤蜂窩織炎に対して全例抗MRSA薬を投与する
