結核—疑うべき患者，サインを見逃すな！

こんな対応は悪手
①咳や呼吸器症状がないという理由で肺結核を否定する
②結核疑いのある患者にN95マスクを着用させる
③画像所見だけで肺結核を否定する
④喀痰の性状を確認せずに検査室に提出する
⑤原因不明の肺炎患者で，肺結核の可能性を否定せずにキノロン系抗菌薬を投与する
⑥肺外結核を疑うすべての患者に対して隔離を行わない
