こんな対応は悪手
①経皮酸素飽和度のみをみて酸素化を判断する
②COHb濃度が低いため酸素投与をやめる
③CO中毒に特異的な症状を探してしまう
④わずかなCOHb値の上昇に飛びつく
⑤follow upをしない
