Point
◎抗菌薬の前投与,1セットのみの採取,少ない採血量は血液培養の感度を下げる.
◎感染性心内膜炎などの血管内感染症や黄色ブドウ球菌菌血症,カンジダ真菌血症では血液培養の再検が必須である.
◎血液培養で検出された微生物をコンタミネーションと判定する絶対的な指標はない.結果の解釈には病態のアセスメントが不可欠である.
