経口スイッチの考え方・注意点

Point
◎経口スイッチは，カテーテル関連の合併症のリスク軽減や，患者の行動制限からの解放，入院期間の短縮といったメリットがある．
◎一方，スイッチのタイミングや選択した経口抗菌薬によっては期待した効果が得られないことがあり，また退院後の服薬管理の問題もある．
◎経口スイッチは今後ますます重要な治療選択であり，そのメリットとデメリットや限界を知っておくことが求められる．
