Point
◎細菌性肺炎の抗菌薬投与は5〜7日前後が目安である．
◎合併症の少ない急性腎盂腎炎では，キノロン系では5〜7日，その他の抗菌薬では10〜14日前後の治療が勧められる．
◎急性前立腺炎では，キノロン系抗菌薬では最低2週間，βラクタム系抗菌薬では2〜4週間の治療が勧められる．
◎いずれの場合も重症度や経過をみながら治療期間が短縮可能か慎重に検討する必要がある．
