Point
◎デジタルヘルスとは，モバイル端末を含む情報通信技術（ICT）を用いたあらゆる医療・健康支援を指す．
◎デジタルヘルスのうち，特に医療に関係するものを指す場合にはデジタル医療と呼び，さらに内科疾患に限定すればデジタル内科学と定義される．
◎デジタル医療を実践する手段として，オンライン診療，人工知能（AI），モバイルヘルス，仮想現実（VR），電子健康情報（EHR）・個人健康情報（PHR）などが挙げられる．
◎デジタル医療にはいまだ有効性，安全性，プライバシー，教育など解決すべき問題はあるが，医療ICTの既存医療との融合は時間の問題であり，身近で活用されているICTから理解と実践を進めていくのがよいと思われる．
