アレルギー性鼻炎（通年性/季節性）

Point
◎アレルギー性鼻炎は反復性のくしゃみ，水様性鼻漏，鼻閉を3主徴とするIgEを介したⅠ型アレルギー疾患である．
◎通年性アレルギー性鼻炎で最も多い抗原はハウスダストやダニであり，季節性アレルギー性鼻炎の原因抗原の多くはスギ花粉である．
◎アレルギー性鼻炎の治療法は抗原の除去と回避・薬物療法・手術療法に主に分けられる．薬物治療では症状の程度に合わせて鼻噴霧用ステロイド薬，抗ヒスタミン薬，抗ロイコトリエン薬などを組み合わせて処方する．
