偽アルドステロン症—甘草に注意

Point
◎グリチルリチンそのものやその代謝産物がアルドステロン受容体に直接結合するわけではない.
◎遠位尿細管から皮質集合管局所でのコルチゾール代謝障害がアルドステロン作用を引き起こす.
◎偽アルドステロン症発症リスクは甘草高用量(2.5 g以上/日),高齢,低アルブミン血症,便秘,直接ビリルビン高値である.
◎漢方薬だからといって気軽に併用しない!
