腸間膜静脈硬化症—山梔子に注意

Point
◎腸間膜静脈硬化症は，漢方薬を長期間服用している症例で注意すべき副作用である．
◎比較的短期間でも累積使用量が多い症例で発生することがあり，注意が必要である．
◎腸間膜静脈硬化症は，初期は無症状であることが多い．
◎画像所見は，この病態を疑っていないと，見逃すこともある．
