副甲状腺機能低下症—低Ca血症を見逃さない！

Point
◎テタニー，口や手のしびれ，Trousseau徴候など低カルシウム（Ca）血症の症状が副甲状腺機能低下症の発見契機となる．
◎CTにて大脳基底核の両側性石灰化，心電図にてQT間隔の延長を認めた場合はCaを測定する．
◎低Ca血症を認めた場合，慢性腎臓病，ビタミンD欠乏，低マグネシウム（Mg）血症を鑑別・除外する．
◎急性期は経静脈的にCa製剤を，慢性期は尿中Ca排泄に注意して活性型ビタミンD製剤を投与する．
