Point
◎満月様顔貌，中心性肥満など特徴的Cushing徴候を見逃さない．
◎高血圧・耐糖能異常の治療抵抗性患者にコルチゾール過剰が隠れている．
◎副腎偶発腫瘍患者に副腎皮質刺激ホルモン（ACTH）・コルチゾールを含む内分泌検査を積極的に行う．
◎少量デキサメタゾン抑制試験を施行し，軽微なコルチゾール自律分泌をチェックする．
◎サブクリニカルCushing症候群で手術対象となる場合がある．
