Point
◎α-グルコシダーゼ阻害薬（α-GI）はノンレスポンダーが少なく，食後高血糖を抑制できる．
◎GIPの分泌を抑制しGLP-1の分泌を促進することで，DPP-4阻害薬の血糖降下作用を助長することができる．
◎耐糖能異常（IGT）から糖尿病への進行抑制や，IGT患者における心血管イベント抑制などのエビデンスを有する．
