Point
◎経口避妊薬内服中の頭痛や，若年者の脳卒中をみれば静脈洞血栓症を鑑別に加える．
◎頭部CT検査では静脈洞にも目を向ける．血栓が疑わしければ頭部MRI検査を考慮する．
◎両側性脳出血や動脈支配域に合わない出血など「変わった」画像をみれば，静脈洞血栓症を想起する．
