Point
◎痛風は男性で最多の炎症性関節疾患で，尿酸塩結晶によって引き起こされる関節炎（痛風発作）を主徴とする．
◎痛風発作は急性単関節炎であり，急性単関節炎を呈する疾患を鑑別する．
◎炎症性関節疾患以外の鑑別疾患として，変形性関節炎，外反母趾・バニオン，蜂窩織炎がある．
