Point
◎痛みの診療は疾患の診断だけでなく，適切な鎮痛が患者満足度につながる．
◎適切な鎮痛とは，痛み自体の迅速で適切な評価とそれに適した鎮痛法の選択である．
◎痛みはPain Scaleで定量的に評価し，鎮痛後の定期的な再評価も忘れない．
◎MCIDを意識した鎮痛を目指すことが適切な鎮痛につながる．
