Point
◎非オピオイド鎮痛薬で治療困難な非がん性疼痛に対するトラマドールの漫然とした長期間投与は依存・乱用のリスクがあるため避けるべきであるが，慢性疼痛を含む非がん性疼痛鎮痛薬としての適切な処方は必要である．
◎トラマドールはがん性疼痛の適応はあるが，WHOがん性疼痛ガイドラインの3段階除痛ラダーからは削除された．
◎ガバペンチノイドは神経障害性疼痛薬物療法ガイドラインの第一選択薬である．
◎ガバペンチノイドについては薬物関連死の報告が散見されている事実もふまえた適切な処方が必要である．
