Point
◎アフターコロナにおいては，プライマリ・ケアの質評価・改善が，より一層重要な意義を有する．
◎プライマリ・ケアの質を評価する際の概念枠組みとして，経済協力開発機構（OECD）によるHealth Care Quality Indicator（HCQI）プロジェクトの枠組みやプライマリ・ケアの特性がある．
◎プライマリ・ケアにおけるQIセットの例として，Quality Book of Tools（QBT）やQI for Primary Care practice in Japan（QIPC-J）が挙げられる．
◎Japanese version of Primary Care Assessment Tool（JPCAT）は，Patient Experience（PX）を用いてプライマリ・ケアの特性を評価する日本版尺度である．
◎Ambulatory Care Sensitive Conditions（ACSCs）による入院の割合は，地域レベルのプライマリ・ケアの質を評価するQIである．
