ロコモとは
　運動器の障害によって，立つ，歩く，という運動機能が低下した状態をロコモティブシンドロームと呼ぶ^1）．ロコモティブシンドロームは通称“ロコモ”とも呼ばれ，移動能力を示す“locomotive”から生まれた言葉である．ロコモの評価では，①立ち上がりテスト，②2ステップテスト，③ロコモ25^注）という質問紙が用いられ，ロコモありの場合，ロコモ度1・2・3（1が最も軽度，3が最も重度）に分かれる．
