　突然，眼が見えにくくなったとき，脳卒中による後頭葉病変を真っ先に否定したくなります．しかし，視野欠損をきたす部位や疾患は多岐にわたります．はたして脳実質病変だけでしょうか？
　神経診察で障害部位をある程度同定することは可能です．それでは，実際の診察や障害部位を想像しながら，症例を検討していきましょう！
