急性心不全において血管拡張薬と利尿薬の役割を教えてください

Point
◎急性心不全の型には水分貯留型と水分再配分型がある．
◎水分貯留型の急性心不全では利尿薬，水分再配分型では血管拡張薬が治療薬のメインである．
◎急性心不全での血管拡張薬の有効性のエビデンスは十分ではないが，症状緩和や1回拍出量増加のため使用が考慮されることがある．
