Point
◎HFpEFとは左室駆出率（LVEF）が保たれた心不全のことで，LVEF≧50％を基準とする．
◎拡張能障害がその本態であり，心不全患者の半数を占めるが見落とされることも多く，運動負荷検査まで含めた検討が重要である．
◎HFpEFに対してSGLT2阻害薬の有効性が実証され，薬物療法の中心的役割を担っている．
