頭痛患者の生活指導—食事，睡眠，運動，体重，ストレスのコントロール

Point
◎頭痛発作には誘発因子と増強因子があり，薬物療法と併用したこれらの因子を避けた生活指導が頭痛発症の予防効果をもたらす場合がある．
◎食事が頭痛発作の誘発因子となることがあるが，すべての患者に共通しているわけではなく，画一的な指導に陥らないように留意すべきである．
◎睡眠やストレスが頭痛の誘発因子となることがあり，良質な睡眠，過剰なストレスの回避，適度なストレス発散は頭痛予防において重要である．
◎運動や体重が頭痛発作に関連していることが指摘されており，適度な運動や体重コントロールに配慮した指導が望ましい．
◎頭痛診療における生活指導においては，頭痛ダイアリーなどを活用しながら誘因を正確に把握した個別の対応が重要である．
