Point
◎巨細胞性動脈炎は浅側頭動脈が好発部位の1つである．側頭部を含む部位に起こる頭痛が特徴であり，診断の一助になりえる．
◎高安動脈炎は総頸動脈に病変をきたすことがある．頸動脈痛が診断の一助になりえる．
◎原発性中枢神経系血管炎の診断は，生検が必要であり，できれば皮質血管を含めたい．
