慢性片頭痛のメカニズム

Point
◎反復性片頭痛の年間約3％が慢性片頭痛に移行する．
◎下行性疼痛抑制系の減弱，中枢性感作，発作閾値の低下が慢性化の原因となる．
◎慢性化のリスクファクターとして，女性，遺伝的素因，肥満，うつ病，ストレスなどがある．
◎保護的因子として，予防薬，高学歴，既婚，運動，ストレスマネジメントなどがある．
