Point
◎関節リウマチ治療では，どの生物学的製剤（bDMARDs）を選択するかよりも，治療目標達成を目指して定期的に治療を見直すことが重要である．
◎bDMARDsの選択は，患者と医師の協働的意思決定に基づいて行うべきである．
◎bDMARDs治療は，患者個人および医療経済的費用負担が大きいことを考慮する．
