Point
◎解剖学的・機能的無脾症は，莢膜をもつ細菌による重症感染症のリスクが高い．
◎脾臓摘出後重症感染症（OPSI）の予防には，患者教育，ワクチン接種が有用であり状況に応じて予防的抗菌薬を考慮する．
◎肺炎球菌ワクチンはPCV13およびPPSV23の接種歴に応じて推奨が異なる．
