Point
◎慢性腎臓病（CKD）患者は，腎機能低下や免疫抑制療法によって免疫機能が低下しており，感染症のハイリスク群である．
◎肺炎球菌ワクチン，インフルエンザワクチンは複数の腎臓領域のガイドラインにおいて接種するよう推奨や提案がなされている．
◎CKDの原疾患によっては免疫抑制薬を投与されている場合もあり，弱毒化ワクチンの接種に際しては注意を要する．
◎CKD患者は新型コロナウイルス感染症（COVID-19）の重症化リスクが高く，COVID-19ワクチンの接種が推奨されている．
