Point
☞目に見える呼吸は異常である．
☞呼吸の異常は，重症患者や急変を予測する指標になりうる．
☞呼吸状態は酸素化のみでなく，回数・様式・リズムを評価する必要がある．
☞呼吸様式の観察には，少なくとも60秒程度の確認をしたほうがよい．
