Point
☞body mass index（BMI），ウエスト，ヒップの計測を行い，健康障害をきたしやすい内臓脂肪型肥満の医学的介入に結びつける．
☞Cushing症候群では中心型肥満，多囊胞性卵巣症候群（PCOS）では多毛，ざ瘡などの特徴的な身体所見がある．
☞低栄養では，原因究明につなげる身体所見を意識的に探し，合併する栄養障害に留意する．
