Point
☞右心系疾患では静脈圧上昇などで全身に症状が出現するため，全身のフィジカルアセスメントが重要である．
☞頸静脈は怒張の有無だけでなく，圧変化の性状にも注意して観察する．
☞深部静脈血栓症でも，有痛性青股腫/有痛性白股腫は緊急での対応を要する．
