Point
☞急性胆囊炎は右上腹部痛・嘔吐・発熱から想起し，右上腹部の圧痛・Murphy徴候が可能性を上げる．診断には超音波検査を併用する．
☞急性胆管炎は症状や身体診察のみでの診断は困難だが，右上腹部痛やMurphy徴候が生じる場合がある．
☞急性膵炎は上腹部痛で発症し，発熱・腹膜刺激症状へと進行する．皮下出血斑を生じる場合があるが，頻度は低い．
