Point
☞旅行者感染症は疾患特異的な身体所見は少なく，医療面接や複数の身体所見の組み合わせから鑑別を考える．
☞デング熱の紅斑やリケッチア症の刺し口など皮疹から診断に結び付くことがあるため，全身くまなく診察することが必要である．
