Point
☞全身性エリテマトーデス（SLE）では皮膚病変を含め多彩な全身症状をきたす．多くの診察所見や生じうる臓器障害に習熟し，SLEを疑えるかどうかが重要である．
☞強皮症（SSc）においては，①皮膚，②Raynaud現象，③爪の3つを意識して診察することが必須である．
☞nail foldの血管を評価することは必須の手技である．
