Point
☞中〜大関節主体の非対称性少関節炎で反応性関節炎を疑う．
☞先行感染・炎症性腰背部痛の病歴聴取の他，腱付着部炎，指趾炎，皮疹を確認する．
☞仙腸関節炎の有無はthigh thrust test，Patrick's test（FABER test），Gaenslen's testなどで評価する．
