Point
☞血管炎の症候はサイトカインによる全身症状（発熱，倦怠感，関節痛，炎症反応上昇など），および血管壁の炎症による末梢組織の虚血，または血管の破綻による症候を呈する．
☞大血管炎では血管壁の炎症による虚血や破綻症候は進行しなければ出ないため，非特異的な全身症状のみであることもあり，感染症，悪性腫瘍や薬剤アレルギーが除外された不明熱の原因として想起することが重要である．
☞肩関節周囲の構造は複雑なので，解剖を意識して触診することが重要である．
