Point
☞中心静脈栄養患者や消化管術後患者だけでなく，高齢者や神経因性食欲不振患者などにおける微量元素欠乏症に注意する．
☞微量元素（亜鉛，銅，セレン）欠乏は特有な所見に乏しく，リスク群においてまず疑うことが重要．
