　今回は，ケースレポートにできる症例（①ある疾患の新規な症状・所見・経過，②ある薬剤の新規な副作用・薬剤相互作用，③2つの疾患間に予想外の関連性，④ある疾患の新規な診断方法，⑤ある疾患の新規な治療方法，予想外の治療効果，⑥稀もしくは新規の病気・病原体）のうち，②に該当する症例を提示する．
　次の症例提示^1）を読んで，第1新規性，第2新規性（または臨床的有用性）について考えてみよう．
