Point
◎メトロニダゾールは嫌気性菌，Clostridioides difficile感染症（CDI），寄生虫などの治療で使われるが，構音障害，失調様歩行といった脳症やニューロパチーなどの副作用も多く注意する．
◎ST合剤はメチシリン耐性黄色ブドウ球菌（MRSA）や緑膿菌以外のグラム陰性桿菌（GNR），Nocardia spp.やPneumocystis jiroveciiなど幅広いスペクトラムをもつが，腎機能障害や高カリウム血症，皮疹などの副作用があるため注意する．
◎フィダキソマイシンはガイドラインの改訂により，CDIの治療でバンコマイシンよりも推奨度が高くなったが，耐性の出現も危惧されるため慎重に症例を選ぶ必要がある．
◎ホスホマイシンは基質特異性拡張型β-ラクタマーゼ（ESBL）産生菌を含むGNRの膀胱炎，腎盂腎炎などに使用が限定される．
